Fiercely committed to authentic leadership, business excellence, and a positive impact in the community, Trish Bear has been leading I-ology as CEO and President since its inception in 1998.

A digital transformation trailblazer with deep experience in healthcare innovation, board governance and digital marketing, Trish and her company have helped organizations evolve their IT and digitalization strategies successfully. They oversee the building and deployment of web-based technologies and leverage digital marketing to gain a competitive edge. 

A recipient of numerous industry awards and an active community leader, Trish is an established and well-recognized business leader within the Phoenix community.

In keeping with her commitment to give back, Trish has served on a number of company and non-profit boards.  These include First Fidelity Bank, Runbeck Election Services, the Arizona Technology Council, the 2008 Super Bowl Host Committee, Special Olympics Arizona, and the American Heart Association. Her involvement has bolstered each organizations’ success and enhanced her own expertise in board governance, finance, and P&L responsibility.

When not working, you can find Trish spending quality time traveling and enjoying youth sports and performances with her amazing husband, Aaron, and three incredible children – Allison, Abigail and Brody.

Ms. Bear has served in a variety of Board of Director roles, including Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman, Governance Chair, Technology Committee Chair, and as a Trust Audit Committee member.

The American Heart Association is a nonprofit organization in the United States that funds cardiovascular medical research, educates consumers on healthy living and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke.

Ms. Bear served as a Board Director from 2011-2016. During her tenure she was Board Chairman from 2014-2016, Vice Chairman role from 2012-2013, and Committee Chair for the Governance Committee from 2011-2013.

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.

Ms. Bear served on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of Arizona from 2007-2013. Ms. Bear filled the following roles during her time as a board director: Executive Committee Member from 2007-2013, Development Committee Chairman from 2011-2013, Chairman of Board of Directors from 2009-2010, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors from 2007-2008. Ms. Bear also served as Event Chair for the annual Breakfast with Champions in 2015.

The SuperBowl Host Committee brings together the community’s top local business leaders, community representatives, tourism officials and football personnel around a common cause – making that year’s Super Bowl a historic experience both for visitors and for locals across the host state.

The Council was established in 2002 after the Arizona High Tech Industry Cluster merged with the Arizona Software & Industry Association. The Board of Directors provides strategic organizational leadership and works hard to establish the Arizona Technology Council as the leading trade association in the state. From overseeing the Council’s annual budget to strategically planning for the future, our board is committed to enhancing the tech sector’s presence in Arizona.
